CHAMP's - Children's Healthy Anger Management Programmes.

 

Designed for children and young people affected by either their own dysfunctional anger or other people's dysfunctional anger. Can be delivered on a one to one basis or in a group setting for up to six participants.

 

This programme has been developed to help children and young people understand their anger, build stronger relationships by learning about other people's thoughts and feelings and empower them to take ownership of their behaviour. Read more

Suitable for individuals seeking self-discovery and anger management

 

Coaching is an exciting journey to self-discovery which can help people examine their options, develop self-belief, take control of their lives and manage their anger healthily. The sessions will also provide the individual with basic anger management tools.

Anger Fundamentals

 

As a primary feeling, anger needs to be managed, otherwise it will manage you. Our Anger Fundamentals workshop will teach you what anger is?, What anger isn't? and basic anger management tools.

 

This workshop is delivered within a group setting of no more than 8 participants for two hours, once weekly, during for six weeks.

 

Alternatively, a condensed version can be delivered on one day for six hours in your workplace. Find out more

Anger is more than just a primary feeling, it's a feeling that helps us to take action. Sometimes, that action can be inappropriate, dangerous, devastating and can destroy lives. Restoring anger brings us back to healthy anger.

 

Our Anger in Perspective workshop will help you control you, rather than your out of control anger or other people's anger manage you. This workshop is delivered within a group setting of no more than 6 participants for 8 hours on a Saturday. Find out more
