Helping restore lives affected by anger


For adults and professionals


This therapy session will be delivered within a group setting over a course of eight  hours on a Saturday. This is so participants can explore their anger on a more deeper level, share their own experiences of anger with others and gain a greater understanding of their emotions and needs through participating in experiential learning by listening and sharing with other group members.
